Book Return Policy:
Please note that there is no guarantee on sold books. All books will be dispatched as per the user’s orders and delivered to the shipping agency for dispatch. Once the item reaches the shipping agency, we are not responsible for its condition. Please be advised that there will be no exchange or return policy. Navbharat shall not be held responsible for the content of the book. Please note that the product may not be eligible for return in case of buyer’s remorse about the color of the cover or the inner typesetting being different. We shall not be responsible for the damaged condition of the book if it is damaged by rains or natural calamities, including pandemics and other acts of god or government.
Book Refund Policy:
Thanks for shopping with us. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 3 Days to request a refund and return your product/service subject to our authorisation. If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:
-Please send us an email for a return request at contact@bookassets.in with your order number, name of the product to return and a reason.
-Our team will evaluate your reason whether you are eligible for the return.
-There is no guarantee that your return request sent by e-mail will be authorised.
-If your return request is authorised, you shall get a confirmation e-mail asking for your bank details to process your refund in next 1 week.
-After receiving our e-mail, you will have to send us the product for which you have made a return request along with the printout of our confirmation e-mail.
-Product received without printout of our confirmation e-mail shall not be processed.
-The product that you return has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place.
-You must send original invoice with the product.
